Introduction:
Design:Widely applicable to sterile testing, stability testing, and other tests in medicine, textiles, and food processing, providing various simulated environmental conditions. Used for the growth and cultivation of cell tissues, seed germination, seedling breeding, insect and small animal feeding, as well as the cultivation and preservation of microbial antibiotics.
Working principle:The constant temperature and humidity incubator consists of two parts: temperature control (heating, refrigeration) and humidification. By installing a rotating fan inside the chamber, the air is circulated to balance the temperature and humidity inside the chamber. The temperature and humidity sensor installed in the chamber collects data and sends it to the temperature and humidity controller for editing and processing. Temperature and humidity control instructions are issued, and the air heating unit, condenser, and water tank heating and evaporation unit work together to complete the process.
Protection System:The temperature sensor abnormal protection function is extremely gentle, with an independent over-temperature protection device, and automatic alarm when the work is finished.
Material
The cabinet is made of thick coldrolled steel plate, which is sturdy and reliable. The working chamber is made of stainless steel and the four corners of the inner liner are semicircular, making it easy to clean.
Internal frame and hardware
Using high-quality stainless steel rivets for connection, with high costeffectiveness, not easily rusted and strong in strength.
Surface treatment
Electrostatic sprayed casing, no paint peeling, corrosion-resistant.
Observation window
Equipped with a double-layer glass observation window for real-time monitoring of indoor working status.
Dehumidification method
Adopting internal dehumidification for convenient and reliable operation, with ducted ventilation and gentle airflow in the workspace for uniform temperature and humidity control.
Compressor
Install branded compressors in the lower unit, use environmentally friendly refrigerants, high efficiency, and low energy consumption.
Casters
Mobile silent casters with locks to prevent the cabinet from moving.
Temperature and humidity control
An accurate temperature and humidity control system, controlled by a microcomputer and equipped with an over-temperature alarm device.
Control panel
LCD control panel with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature, displaying operating time, and allowing for the setting of multiple parameters such as temperature, humidity, and time in the incubator. It can be operated continuously or in timed mode, and has excellent control performance and anti-interference ability.
Humidification method
External humidifier using ultrasonic humidification for reliable and uniform humidity control.
