SK-SY08 Carbon Dioxide Incubator
Introduction:
Design:The carbon dioxide incubator is a laboratory instrument used for culturing cells, tissues, and bacteria, mainly applied in microbiology, agricultural science, pharmaceutical research and production.
Working principle: The carbon dioxide incubator is a device used for in vitro culturing of cells and tissues by simulating a growth environment similar to that of a cell/tissue in a biological organism within the incubator chamber. The incubator requires stable temperature (37°C), stable CO2 level (5%), constant pH (pH value: 7.2-7.4), and high relative humidity (95%) to culture cells/tissues.
Material
The chamber is made of thick coldrolled steel plate, which is sturdy and reliable.
Electrostatic spray coating shell, non peeling paint, corrosion resistant.
Control panel
It has dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature, as well as digital display of operation time. Microcomputer control is precise and reliable, and it is equipped with an over-temperature alarm device.
Thermal insulation layer
Water jacket type efficient insulation layer, temperature control is stable.
Made of stainless steel, the inner tank has four corners with a semi-circular shape, which is easy to clean.
Incubator door
The door of the incubator can heat the inner glass door, which can effectively prevent the glass door from producing condensation and avoid the possibility of microbial contamination caused by condensation on the glass door.
Alarm function
Automatic alarm when work is finished.
