SK-SY02 Electric Hot Air Drying Oven
Introduction:
Design: Suitable for research institutions, laboratories, mining and industrial enterprises, and departments. Used for removing residual moisture and sterilizing glassware with dry heat for microbiological purposes, as well as preheating before conducting heating experiments.
Working principle:The blower circulating drying test is conducted using electric heating method, and hot air is blown out through the circulating fan to ensure temperature balance inside the chamber.
Internal frame and hardware
High-quality stainless steel rivet hardware is used, with a high cost performance, not easily rusted and high in strength.
Partition
The removable partition can be adjusted in height, which increases the available space for use.
Handle
This new type handle is easy to open and close, conforms to ergonomics, and feels comfortable to grip.
Observation window
Equipped with double-layer tempered glass observation window, allowing for observing the working status inside the chamber at any time.
Material
The cabinet body is made of thick cold-rolled steel plate, which is sturdy and reliable.
The inner chamber is made of stainless steel, and the four corners are semi-circular, which is easy to clean.
Alertor
Digital display running time, automatic alarm when work is finished, temperature overheat alarm.
Circulation system
The hot air circulation system is composed of low-noise fans and suitable air ducts, which result in uniform temperature inside the cabinet.
Sealing
There is a silicone rubber seal between the inner chamber and the tempered glass to ensure the sealing of the door and the inner space.
Surface treatment
Electrostatic spraying shell, does not peel off paint, corrosion-resistant.
Temperature control
Microcomputer temperature control, with dual digital display for setting and measuring temperature, as well as PID self-tuning function. Temperature control accuracy reaches 0.1℃, for even more precise control.
