Electro-Hydraulic Height Adjustment
550–1050 mmThe wide height range provides a low position for patient transfer and preparation while allowing the tabletop to be raised to an ergonomic working level for different surgical teams and procedures.
Delivering Surgical Solutions Globally
The SKsurgitech A307 Electric-Hydraulic Operating Table is designed for demanding surgical procedures that require high load capacity, precise positioning and efficient intraoperative imaging access. Its 360 kg weight capacity, 300 mm horizontal sliding tabletop and radiolucent surface support flexible patient positioning and C-arm examination without repeatedly repositioning the patient.
The five-section modular tabletop allows the head and leg sections to be interchanged according to different surgical requirements, while the control system automatically identifies the tabletop orientation after interchange. Its electro-hydraulic system controls the main table movements and electric braking, while one-button flexion, reverse flexion and quick-release modular sections improve operating efficiency. Backed by SAIKANG MEDICAL’s manufacturing experience and global project capabilities, the A307 provides reliable support for multidisciplinary operating rooms.

The SKsurgitech A307 Electric-Hydraulic Operating Table combines a wide electro-hydraulic positioning range with a modular five-section tabletop for complex multidisciplinary surgical workflows. Its interchangeable head and leg sections, articulated support sections, preset flexion functions and imaging-compatible sliding tabletop help surgical teams configure the operating surface efficiently according to different procedures.
The wide height range provides a low position for patient transfer and preparation while allowing the tabletop to be raised to an ergonomic working level for different surgical teams and procedures.
Symmetrical forward and reverse tilting supports substantial changes in patient orientation for thoracic, abdominal, pelvic and other procedures requiring controlled body elevation.
Bilateral lateral tilt helps improve access to the operative field and supports procedures requiring controlled lateral positioning of the patient.
The wide back-section range supports flat, extended and semi-seated configurations, allowing the upper-body position to be adapted to different surgical approaches.
The articulated head section provides flexible head and neck positioning and can be adjusted according to the required surgical access and patient-support needs.
Double-joint rotating leg sections provide flexible downward and outward positioning, helping create additional working space for lower-body and multidisciplinary procedures.
Independent motor-driven tabletop sliding and the X-ray-translucent synthetic surface help provide C-arm access to different anatomical regions without moving the patient.
Preset flexion and reverse-flexion functions allow coordinated tabletop sections to form composite positions without requiring each movement to be adjusted separately.
The A307 uses a configurable five-section tabletop and independent control systems to support complex positioning, rapid module changes and reliable operation in demanding surgical environments.
The A307 combines electro-hydraulic movement, modular tabletop sections and imaging-compatible materials to support a broad range of complex surgical positioning requirements. Final suitability should be assessed according to the procedure, patient condition, selected modules, accessories and hospital operating protocols.
Procedure-specific modules, supports and accessories may be required for certain surgical applications. Accessory compatibility and the final operating-table configuration should be confirmed before ordering.
